The game uses threaded WASM (Neon Vortex.side.wasm exists) which requires Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy and Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy headers for SharedArrayBuffer support. Without these headers, the game only partially loads because the threading fails to initialize.
